In the spring of 2007, Nicholas Maschøln and Søren Jensen started talking about once again joining forces and create a new project.
Both of them had been playing metal since the early nineties where they founded their first band (Corpus Mortale) and has been a part of the Danish metal scene ever since; Nicholas with Corpus Mortale and Søren as a producer and guitarist for different bands.
After a brief meeting where musical directions and ambitions were discussed, the guys held their first rehearsel which resulted in the first track beeing written. A few weeks later they entered Sørens studio to start writing material for the first release and started looking for additional members to complete the line-up.
After what seemed to be an endless stream of auditions, Daniel Wilkens stepped up to the challenge and really stood out with his unique vocal approach which really suited the songs.
With Daniel on board the guys shortly after signed a management deal with CBBM and in the summer of 2009 the band released "The World Slaughter EP".
